Hello, and welcome to my portfolio! My name is K. René Smith, however, I often use the alias Saki or Caffeinated Saki. I am currently attending Full Sail University for video game design.
I have been passionate about video games ever since I can remember, I greatly enjoyed them in my youth. This lead to my desire to create video games, as I began to also see them as an art form. Art is another passion of mine that I like to utilize in game making.
I spend most most of my free time either involved in a video game or a piece of art. Rather than attending school to hone my artistic talent, I decided to do so on my own.
Japanese culture greatly influences myself and my work. I consume copious quantities of anime/manga on a regular basis, and am in awe of the difference between our societies.
